Got Fish??

Some of the small bodies of water around  the area, don't have any ice on them. Is anyone wetting a line yet? I Think I mite talk UAW  into wetting  a line here soon.

I thought about going to Kent today but backed out at the last minute

Detroit River looks to be free of ice, not sure how much is left in St. Clair though.

No ice but lots of mud.

That's amazing. Last weeks satellite shot of LSC had it choked with ice. On the way in to the shop today, the ramps were still out at Elizabeth Park on the river. Won't be long. Anyone want to try some walleye jigging on the river, send me an email. I usually fish during the week.

mchesney

Flew over Kent yesterday. Island lake side 80% open and probably 40% on Kent side from river.

Got Fish??

All three ponds  in  the areas where I work have open water. Time to get tuned up, are ready for the season.

Getting the two grandsons spincasts ready to go for panfish soon. They are pumped.

Got Fish??

I think I'm going fishing this weekend. There are 3 ponds on the grounds that I over see.  I just may catch a fish or two.

Got Fish??

Ice has been out for some time now on all my ponds. Still  only one  fish cought.  The water temp is still to cold for any real active fish to bite. Unless we get some kind of fast warm-up. It may be a slow start to the season. It's been cooler longer this year.
