Fished 1/2 day today, got 12 (above 14") lost 4, one of which was easily 5 lb.  They were biting funny today, almost every fish came in 12 ft of water, and ALL hit it (tube) on the fall, never felt the bite, line just popped and that was it.  Hard to get a good hook set, probably why we lost so many.

Keep it coming.

I'm bringing my son up from Georgia next week. You're posts serve 2 purposes. A - Give us some insight so I can hopefully put this boy on some fish. B - Help me not lose my mind. I'm like a kid going to Disney. These days are lasting forever waiting for leaving time. :)

Good luck tomorrow. Knock their socks off and let us know how you did it.

My reports are done, we are from Indiana and just came up for a few days....not sure when you are planning to go to LSC but right now they are in post spawn, pretty scattered and biting tough.  I heard 3 weeks ago it was on fire, and I am sure in another couple weeks it will be back on fire.  As you can tell from the numbers, we didn't do well (we suck) but any lame advice I can give you  would be to find 11-14ft of water, look for some weeds, don't need many just scattered clumps are good, throw a tube and have fun!  A bad day on LSC is better than most good days on any waters we have back home!
