Who attended and what are your views on the Seminar?

Firefighter Jeff

I attended Saturday afternoon. I was glad I attended.  The seminar really wasn't much different than reading the manual.  However he did have some good images that had been sent to him to show everyone.  The real helpful part was when guys would ask questions as he went along. That and afterward.  A group of guys huddled around the HB rep and would ask questions.  The same happened with a employee from D&R who uses HB.  I got as much out of that as I did the seminar.  It also allowed me to ask a few more questions.  The HB rep was very knowledgeable.
Afterward when I was walking from the Service building where we had the class to the store another guy asked where we get the gift certificate for the store. Guess he had seen on their website that after the class you got your $10 back in a gift card.  Whoohoo.  Got mine and bought a few things.
He did talk some about the new 360 degree and the updates that are coming out soon.

huston

I agree with you totally. The questions posed by everyone is what made a difference. He did explain the features like the distance from the SI out and the switchfire  feature. But I talked to a few guys who still had TM interference problems and had no ideas how to resolve them. A lot more updates are coming out and if you haven't registered on the HB select website, it will be difficult to stay up on it all. HB should have ongoing seminars, pay educated personnel to train and that would be helpful too.

Firefighter Jeff

I agree with all you have said.  And yes, I set up with the HB site last night.  Bought a SD card yesterday also,.  Now I just have to get brave enough to try the updates.  I know more are coming, but I am already behind.
