That's right, NBAA recently held a post season party at the Cincinnati, Ohio Bass Pro Shops. Anglers from all of Ohio attended this special event. The party started out with everyone winning a great prize from the raffle table. Each participant received a free raffle ticket which they matched up to the table full of prizes. Prizes on this raffle table included items from Tro-Kar hooks, Lucky Craft Lures, Star tron from Star brite, rainsuits, Wrangler Rugged Wear, Lazer Sharp accessories, Friday's Gift certificates, WFN apparel, US Army apparel and more. After everyone got their free prize they were treated to pizza and drinks.

Besides great prizes and great food, several local and national sponsors were on hand for the meeting. Attending sponsors included, Dwight Creger from SNAPPER, Martin Prior from Blue Water LED Lights, Todd & Amy from BayView Cottages,  Ky Reed from Venom Lures, Deacon from Bass Pro Shops, United Home Solutions and Jack Horning from NBAA. The meeting kicked off with Deacon saying a few words then each sponsor got their turn at the mic.  Dave Davis from the Southern Ohio Bass Challenge emceed the event and did a great job introducing everyone and handing out special prizes.

Some of the special awards included the point champions of the Southern Ohio Bass Challenge, Tim Hart & Kyle Maynard. Tim and Kyle won a couple of unique plaques and a new SNAPPER boat latch system for their awesome season.  Plus, the point champions of the Ohio Central Division Challenge out of Columbus, Ohio were on hand. The Ohio Central Challenge division was NBAA's largest divisions this season and averaged over 40 boats per event. Point champions of this division, Steve Westfield & Albert Lape won a couple of great plaques and a new Minn Kota trolling motor for their efforts. Also, point champions of the Southern Ohio Bass challenge ultimate division, Jerry Parker and Tim Partin were on hand to receive their plaques for a great year of fishing.

After the awards it was time for more prizes for the guests. The first drawing was a drawing for all of the kids that attended. One lucky young man won a $25 Bass Pro Shops gift card. Other special prizes awarded in the final drawings of the night included a Humminbrid graph, Blue Water LED lights, BayView Cottage free nights, SNAPPER boat latch system, Lock-n-Haul, BPS rod & reel combo, special divisional prizes from the Ohio Central Division, more Bass Pro Shops gift cards, Wrangler Rugged Wear, and more.

The big prize of the evening was sponsored by United Home Solutions. The winner of the United Home Solutions drawing won a complete gutter guard system installed. The value of this prize is approximately $2000. In total at the post season party over $5000 in prizes were awarded. Everyone who attended walked away a winner. NBAA would like to thank all of the directors of Ohio for putting this together. Plus, we'd like to give special thanks to Deacon and Dave from Bass Pro Shops for all of their help with this event.

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.
