Title: Last Chance
Post by: jcox7 on June 22, 2010, 02:17:28 PM
Ok guys and gals this is about the last chance that you can get in to fish the TBF State Championship.  The club rosters are due in about a week so if you are a member that plans on fishing get a hold of your club president and get him to send in the rosters.  If you are not a tbf member and would like to fish this let me know and myself on Dan or someone else on this board can get you going in the right direction.

Wasn't there a deadline like back April 1 or something?

Thanks Dave.  Maybe I was thinking of BASS, or more likely, just have no idea what I'm talking about.

You had to be on the roster by April 1st to fish the event for free. If you join a TBF of Michigan club after April 1st and until the July 1st deadline for rosters you have to pay an additional $25 late fee. There was an additional $25 late fee originally for the week before the event. I don't know if they are still doing that because I thought I got an email from Jeff saying July 1 was the final cutoff.

The official flier (need Adobe Reader) (http://www.michigantbf.com/uploads/2010_SC_flier_Offical.pdf) does say you can still sign up after July 1 for a $50 late fee. You'll have to contact Jeff Cox to ask about that. You'll probably have to sign up with someone as a boater/nonboater pair to fish though.

Which ramp are we going out of?  Pre tx meeting time and location?

Fisherman's Landing is the ramp and weigh in location. I do not know the meeting location or time yet. Maybe in the morning at the ramp? Just guessing.

I expect that we will hear soon. I won't be there, but I'll post it if I get it.
