Burt/Mullett: Cheboygan River Lock Schedule/Fees
« on: May 26, 2006, 01:28:51 AM »

If you are thinking about making the run from Mullett Lake out into Lake Huron/Duncan Bay or across to the Les Cheneaux Islands, you will have to go through a small boat lock on the Cheboygan River in Cheboygan. Here are the details if you want to confirm operations - there may be a delay in the morning before you can get through:

2006 Cheboygan River Lock schedule
The locks can handle a boat 60 feet long with a 17 foot beam. Operation schedule of the Cheboygan River Lock during the 2006 boating season will be as follows: :,1607,7-153-10365_10884-22789--,00.html

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.
