One of the COTM 2009 points winners (Dan Hatchew) got this rod with his prize:
Lamiglas hvy action glass blank, amtak titanium micro and double foot guides, fuji ACS seat and little custom decal work

by far my favorite i've built yet. wish i could keep it.

Nice work Justin.  Does that blank come in a 7'6"?  I can't remember if it does or not.

it may have at one point - I think they discontinued a few of the pure glass blanks for 2010. They have composite glass/graphite blanks that go to that range however. I have a 7'2" composite that i'm hoping shows up today or tomorrow. Need to have it finished by next wed.

not a lot of good options in longer glass blanks unfortunately.  i had a heck of a time just getting my hands on these 2.
