We fished from 12-4:30 and did well. Only one at 11 mile and the rest we south of there. All fish were caught in 3.5-5.5' of water. Half on tubes and half on traps. Beautiful day to be on the water

How is the water? still muddy? also how low in the lake level?
Remember you don't quit fishing when you get old, you get old when you quit fishing

we were out on 5/1 also fished 12 thru 9 mile. Water is pretty much garbage north of 12 (blue wall/apts). Muddy, but not unfishable along the rest of the mile roads. Water temps came up good and fishing was great from mid day on.  Heard selfridge was clearing up but the fishing was slow. water levels seemed normal to me.

The water is still a little muddy but not too bad.  If the wind would stop blowing out of the east it would clear up I think.  I did however look like it was clearing as the day went on.

I was out there yesterday too.  We had a great day on the water.  The weather was awesome and the fishing was darn good.  Started the morning just south of 11mi and we caught probably 30 on traps in the morning.

Ran north up to around the Blue Wall and north of there it was chocolate milk, really muddy.

We made deep drifts out from the white boat house and had a couple good ones on but couldn't get them to the boat.

We ran back down south of 11mi about 2:00 and started to drift tubes and we were picking up a couple fish every drift.  When that slowed we moved right in front of 11mi launch and caught one after another on tubes until 7:00.

I fished with tcook until 2:00 and we probably caught 50 and fished with 2 other guys from work in the afternoon, first timers and we boated at least 75 more with several doubles and a triple.

It was a great day.

Went out yesterday with the Rev and did ok. Fished the mile roads. All fish came on tubes and in 7-8' of water.
Still only 2' visibility.
