Move went fine. The new server is much faster. Which is good!

I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

How to attach a graphic file to your post

Hit reply to create another post to a thread.

Below the message box, click on the Additional Option... link.

You'll see an Attach: box and Browse button you can use to find your graphic file you have saved on your PC. You'll need a .jpg or .gif graphic file less than 75 KB in size and smaller than 500 x 400 pixels. If you have that, you are all set to follow the next two steps.

Choose the graphics file from your computer.

Type your message. When you Post your message, a copy of your graphic will be uploaded to my attachment directory on my webserver.

If your graphic file is larger than the size limit, you will need some type of software to shrink it physically. You can make the file smaller too if you can change a higher resolution to 72 or 96 pixels per inch (about all the best resolution used on the WWW). Contact me if you aren't sure about this. I'll help when I can (faster in the dead of winter, slower as the fishing heats up :)).

If you already have a graphics file uploaded somewhere on the Internet, you can just use the Insert Image button (2nd from left bottom row in the buttons shown when you Reply to a thread) to create IMG tags around the graphics Internet address.

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.
