Just got the price for the motorguide digital upgrade and am scraping my old motor.  It's a 105lb 36volt 60" shaft.  I have all of the parts except for the switches on the foot pedal.  I thought the circuit board was bad but later found some crossed wires in the shaft, they no longer make these boards you have to upgrade to digital.  If you need anything just let me know, I'm keeping for spare parts but will sell parts for any reasonable offer.  The foot pedal and steering cable are the old sytle with one cable.
