BASS Nation Cleanup Challenge - youth and adult volunteers needed!

At the upcoming Lake St. Clair Bassmaster Elite AOY tournament on Sunday, September 29 (1st day of competition) from 8:30am until Noon we need volunteers to help with a lake and shore cleanup at and around the Lake St. Clair Metropark. AFTCO will provide trash bags. We need to supply the muscle!

We'll collect trash from the park area, boat ramp, shoreline, waterfront, pile it all up in front of the stage and take a family photo of what the volunteers collected. Then, stick around for the weigh-in!

If anyone can bring trucks or boats we can access more areas and clean up more of the waterfront as well! To volunteer and make a difference, contact Gene Gilliland, B.A.S.S. Conservation Director, ggilliland@bassmaster.com, 405-317-9488

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.
