West Bay Weekend

Fished a lot on West Bay over the long holiday weekend. Water temps were in the mid 60's, with most fish being post spawn it appeared. I caught some males off beds, but never saw any big females. Caught lots of 2-3 pounders each day on tubes, drop shot and swimbaits. Not the best weekend I've ever had, but you can't beat catching smallies on the Great Lakes. Headed back up next weekend, I will probably mix in some inland lakes next time.
