Anglers Battling Tough Conditions

Mother Nature is dominating the headlines on day one of the Rayovac FLW Series Texas Division event on Lake Amistad presented by Frabill. A steady rain has been falling most of the morning. It's been accompanied by a brisk wind blowing at 15 mph from the northwest, bringing with it a piercing late-winter chill that has these Texans bundled up tight from head to toe. The thermometer said 52 degrees at takeoff, but take it from someone who was out on the water: The "feels like" temperature is much, much lower.
