I have updated www.greatlakesbass.com/bassboys/ to show the 2015 membership information. I have 2 persons in already so time to get those club dues in before December 31st. I'll be updating the www.michigantbf.com website Friday/Saturday. Purely my fault and schedule that the site is not more up-to-date. I've told president Dave Reault I'll get that fixed ASAP.

Have they announced where the state championship will be this year.  That is why I am waiting to sign up.

djkimmel

Not yet. Why wait? Just fish it no matter what. Back when I was a tournament angler I just fished them all. Learned things that way. Some of my best times were at places I didn't expect to do as well.

What I know so far is Jeff Cox has volunteered to set it up and run it so it can be held somewhere else besides the day after a BFL at one of the BFL locations. They discussed a middle of the state location possibly and on different weekends than a BFL maybe.

guess I will just wait and see.

Do you have boater or non boater spots.   Had fun last year but came to the conclusion I would only fish again as a boater.

Thanks.

A nonboater won last year...

I don't think I have an extra nonboater for 2015 at the moment. I think I'm even 2 to 2. I imagine that will change when the holdouts sign up after the tournament is scheduled and announced.

TBF of Michigan State Championship is Sunday, July 26th on Cadillac and Mitchell Lakes. There's plans so far to have food at the event but other details still being finalized.

Dan do you still need someone to fish the State Championship as a boater? I am not a current member, but I am willing to join and fish it if you need someone.

I think we straightened this out on Facebook, right?

I can always use more members but I often have more boaters than non-boaters to I match up the two in the order you paid club dues, so the earlier, the better for you if you want to be a boater. If two anglers join and fish as a boater/nonboater pair that is the best way to be sure you get to fish. I have to send an even number and I can't guaranty I can always match everyone up.
