Move went fine. The new server is much faster. Which is good!

I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

Yesterday at the Natural Resources Commission meeting in Lansing, science prevailed thanks to many, many persons who took the time to write in, and especially those who showed up to speak before the Commission on Commissioner Walters’ amendment to close bass fishing on the Inland Waterway and Black Lake from May 1 until the third Saturday in June.

Check out www.showspan.com for all the shows and dates, with seminar schedules are up now too - for Novi: http://www.showspan.com/psb/seminar.html. I'll be doing two seminars with Wayne Carpenter during the show - the exact ones not set for me yet.

The Novi show is a little different this year - Friday January 12 through Monday January 15 (MLK Bday - so many people off work that day).

I'll be there for a lot of the show working between Wayne Carpenter's Xtreme Bass booth, TBF of Michigan booth and maybe another thing or two. Hope to see a bunch of you there. Make sure and tell me who you are!

I am looking forward to Kim Stryker's, Wayne's, and Joe Balog's seminars.  Those will be the ones that I am definitely attending.  Last year I won Wayne's door prize.

Those are all good ones.  So is Gerry Gostenik (spelled right?).
I first hooked up w/ DK at Wayne's seminar in Lansing a couple of years ago.  The rest is history.
I won't be giving any seminars but I'll be in Wayne's booth on Friday of the Lansing Show.
Now if I could only make a living standing around and talking about fishin' every day.....
So much water.  So many lures.  So little time.

You and me both!!! (and I think you did spell Gerry's name right - congratulations - I like his seminars too - I wouldn't mind seeing Joe Balog's either!)

Gerrys seminar is a must see.  If you pay real close attention, he reveals some BIG secrets for Lake St Clair in a very subtly manner aside from the other great tips and techniques he shares.  I think he does this on purpose to reward the people who are paying extra close attention.  Trust me, you will learn a lot from him.

If anyone wants to check out Ranger, Stratos, or any of the other boats Wonderland Marine west carries, come see me and Kev.  I am working with Wonderland this year doing some boat shows.  I am very excited to be back at it after taking a year off.  I love talking shop and showing the products, so stop by and humor me even if your not in the market.

McCarter himself :-\'
