I'm fishing the TBF Northern Divisional in a couple of weeks out of LaCrosse, WI.  We are fishing the Mississippi River pools 7, 8 & 9.

I've never been there before and would appreciate any suggestions anyone has.

Thanks,

Bill

Never been there but you sure do hear about swim jigs and frogs a lot in the past. Sounds fun to me!

Thanks Dan, I'm looking forward to this trip, it's the first TBF State Team I ever made, can't wait to go represent Michigan and help bring the trophy back!

You guys should just go ahead and win!

Dan - Sounds like a great plan to me!!!

Mike, I can't tell you how excited I am!  My wife says I'm like a kid waiting for Christmas morning to get here!   ;D

I'll see both of you there.  I should be launching the boat a little after sunrise Saturday morning.  The biggest advice I can give you is be careful where you drive especially with how low the water is because you can loose a lower unit real quick.  Between wing dams and stumps not to mention sandbars that can leave you stuck on dry land for hours.  But I'm sorry you two can't win but you can come in 2nd and 3rd.

Look! Just make sure spots 1-12 are all filled by TBF of Michigan anglers and then worry about who get which place between 1 - 12! That is the way to win these things! I'm temporarily granting GO BLUE status to all of you!

Now go catch 'em!!
