Title: 1 and 10 day licenses for KY and TN ??

Here is the website(s) to go online and get a non resident KY license.  This is where I found mine:

Should I wait til the night before, when I meet my boater before I get a Tenn license ?

You probably have already seen this, but there is a reciprocal agreement on some of the lakes that cross the Tenn/Kentucky borders. See the link below.
