hit badin lake this morning water was 53 degrees. clear on the east side. it was stained to muddy on the west side.
bass are pre spawn staging i seen several beds but they did not have fish on them..
i caught 5 bass big around 4 pounds or so..spinner bait,jig and a texas rig did the damage..

That's great that you got out after the winter you had. Added bonus of finding some fish.
