Looks sweet Justin!  Does that one have microguides?  It looks like a standard guide In the pic.

yes - i always start with a size 6 or 7 double foot guide and then transition down to the the micros. This one runs from a 7(double) - 7 (single foot) - 6- 5 - 4.5 - and then 5 size 4s. To put it in perspective - typeically the smallest diameter guide you will find on most factory rods is a size 6 - *maybe* a size 5 tiptop.

i use the double footed guide because it stands up higher and helps the line transition down to the smaller guides a little smoother as it exits the reel. The yellow rod i posted earlier has the same setup.
