Citizens for Wildlife Conservation needs your help!
We've got a number of upcoming events over the next few weeks that
you can volunteer for and help us out.
On Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, March 16-19, CWC will have a
booth at the Ultimare Sport & RV Show, held at the DeVos Place in
Grand Rapids, MIchigan.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday, March 17-19, we'll also have a booth at the
Traverse City show.
On Saturday and Sunday, March 18-19, we'll be at the
Birch Run Lower Michigan Gun Collectors Gun Show
held at the Birch Run Expo Center.
Finally, on Saturday and Sunday, March 25-26, we will be at the Lower Michigan
Gun show in Detroit.
Can you please put the word out that Citizens For Wildlife Conservation needs
help at the above events?
We are looking for volunteers to work the CWC booth, and help
educate the show attendees about the importance of defeating the animal
rights extremist ballot referendum in November. The Save our Heritage
Sweepstakes tickets will also be available at all shows.
Please contact me directly via phone or e-mail if you can make it, or know
someone who you think would be good at working any of the events above
to assist with CWC's fundraising efforts to defeat the animal rights extremists.

Here's an updated brochure (http://www.greatlakesbass.com/fishing/cwcbrochure.pdf) (pdf - you need Adobe Reader (http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html) installed) from Citizen's for Wildlife Conservation that has more useful details, but touches on a subject important even to just anglers - the use of the 'evils' of lead once again to try to stop some type of hunting or fishing.
This may play into the new bill to ban lead fishing lures that has been introduced in Michigan again this year (see separate thread).
A reminder about the Detroit Gun show - help needed - along with another show coming up. Help if you can.
On Saturday and Sunday, March 25-26, we will be at the Lower Michigan
Gun show in Detroit. Only the Saturday morning shift is covered with
one person at this time. We need at least two people, and preferably
three at each of the two Saturday and two Sunday shifts.
On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, March 31 through April 2nd, we will
have a booth at the Lansing/Mason Gun and Knife Show. Again, we
need at least two people, and preferably three at the Friday shift and
each of the two Saturday and Sunday shifts.
