Title: keep me in your Prayers!
Post by: Langer on December 09, 2008, 07:46:40 PM
With these tough times in the economy my place of employement is starting a rather large reduction in force. Please keep me in your prayers that whatever happens, happens for the best....

Will do.  And I think that's a good general prayer for all of us too.

These are nervous times (not trying to downplay the seriousness for many - just trying not to add to the daily bad news reports any more than I have to). I hope we all make it through okay.

Good luck to you....I have been laid off quite a few times in my 25 year career in the automotive industry, but this may be the toughest I have ever seen it..
Try to dwell on the positives and keep driving forward and things will come together..

Brian, I'm so sorry to hear that.  Hang in there.  Don't give up.

Not good, I've also been there at this time of year and remember. We'll lift you up (as well as the othes affected) with prayer.

Langer,

Hang in brother.  I was let go in Sept of 2007 from my project managers job and chose not to go back into the auto field after two months of looking.  My wife and I have used this experience to grow in many areas...and God has been in the center of it all.  Lean on Him my friend and I will be praying for you too.

Brian-  Keep your chin up - you will find something!  You have marketable skills - it might be tough in Michigan to find something, but there are lots of opportunites out there for a skilled guy like you.

Prayin for you!
