Volunteer schedule for the 2018 Ultimate Sport Show Grand Rapids. GreatLakesBass.com will be in booth 2015 at the DeVos Place in Grand Rapids. Volunteers who work at least 2 hours will get a
free exhibitor pass to the show that is good for the whole show and
cheap or free parking while you're working the booth as long as you help at least two hours.
You will get more details in the private volunteers area of the forum. You will be able to see it once I add you to the temporary show group. I need people who can talk to others in an outgoing, friendly fashion about joining the websites - mostly GreatLakesBass.com (http://www.greatlakesbass.com) and GreatLakesIceFishing.com (http://www.greatlakesicefishing.com), handing out stuff and just answering general questions about fishing. NO ALCOHOL in the booth. No sales of items not pre-approved by me before the show.
This is only a 10x10 booth so please no extra people behind the table who are not on the volunteer list. The schedule can be adjusted some to accommodate people willing to help who can't fit one of the existing time slots. I will setup the booth Wednesday and be there all day Thursday but I have to leave Friday morning for the Conservation Summit at the Bassmaster Classic so I NEED some help please!! Need some persons to be in the booth Friday - Sunday, AND tear down the booth and store it until I can retrieve it when I get back on Monday!?! THANK YOU for your HELP!

We could use 1 to 3 helpers can tear down the booth in ~30 minutes or less after the show ends Sunday. It's not a lot of stuff. I can fit it all in the back of my little Vibe with the seats down. That would be awesome if you can help!?! All volunteers will be added for a year to the special GLBass Friends group if not already in there. And you will have my eternal thanks and appreciation! FYI - please don't try to sign up at this point if the fancy suddenly grabs you. I'm flying to the Bassmaster Classic tomorrow morning and won't be able to check back in much or get any badges made.
