Williams Ahead at NorrisSacking up 15 pounds, 1 ounce on day one, David Williams of Maiden, N.C., took the lead in the Walmart FLW Tour Invitational presented by Quaker State on Norris Lake. Overall, the lake was remarkably stingy on a beautiful Indian summer day, but the longtime BFL competitor and B.A.S.S. Elite Series pro managed a healthy limit early on and culled later with a kicker smallmouth.
