Okay - good thing they got this beast, the monster - this maneating catfish according to the story - somewhere in the Far East. Still had one unlucky angler in its immense catfish gullett according to reports from the local anglers who stopped the 'killer!!'

Apparently, whale sharks are still hunted and eaten in the Phillipines, much to the whale shark lovers' chagrin.
I wonder if whale shark anglers use chicken livers and flippin sticks...
