Post by: 10-10 Bass Busters on May 25, 2007, 11:28:20 AM
I'll be on Croton tommorrow with my friend Lance, we will have the Team OTR hats(his construction company out of Lowell) in my dad's 18 green nitro.  Then on monday my dad and I will be at the BBT 100 memorial open on muskegon same boat Team Clarke hats.  Hope everyone has a good time this weekend and good luck to everyone fishing in Tourney's  If you see me at either one come up and say hi I would enjoy meeting the people on here!  Scott Clarke

You fishing the Kellogsville league on Sat?  I can tell you that the smallies are probably done or real close to being done on the small pond.  Big pond might be a different story though!!!

Fishing the Tear Drop Tournament Trail up in Onekama on Portage Lake. Gonna need 15+ pounds or better. Always a good weighin this time of year.

You're right - the main river is probably the place to be this weekend. I was just up there and the fish do indeed seem to be done (or about done) in the pond. The river was much cooler (didn't have a temp guage but it was obvious just in touching the water) so they may be just moving up about now. Caught a few in the 'river' along edges/breaks but didn't see much up shallow on beds. I assume that means they are staging and getting ready. Of course that can change overnight so it should be an interesting/fun day. Good luck!

Well I have to work tonight (3rd shifter) so I won't be getting out of work till 7:00 am.   >:(  So I guess I'm just going to go "fish" somewhere for fun.

Looking for someone local to go with me... all my regular fishing buddies have commitments or are gone for the holiday weekend.

Hardy in about 8 hours, after 3 hours of sleep, 2 hours of driving, lots of coffee and Monster Energy Drinks, some food, and $135 in gas for just the boat, with room to spare.  Gosh, if you don't actually fihs, it looks terrible on paper, huh?  Wouldn't trade it for the world though.  Good luck guys. ;)

Kent Lake - Eastside Bass Club Event.  as previously mentioned - a few hours sleep,  hours drive, everything but the gas - gotta love that 10 mph speed limit.

Good luck everyone - be safe!

Lake Ovid just for some practice and getting the kinks out as soon as I get a locked disc brake off my trailer until repairs can be done. Wish I had the time to become a mechanic too - it would make living in Lansing easier. Maybe the Grand River a little too in Lansing to see how things are looking down there this year. First tournament is not until June 16 - the BFL up at Burt & Mullett.
