It makes some sense
But you look at the reel it's very crude
The gears are exposed and it looks heavy
The easist solution would be
Pony up. Buy a Bait caster and learn to throw it
Better line management, better drag and you can throw it more accurate
The other solution would be to change out the line more offten
But you never know
Maybe in a couple years those reels will be to market
