Haven't been there in years but whenever I have fished it I always had great luck on bone pop r's and smoke w/red and gold flake tubes.

I was up last week.  The fishing was really poor.  I'm thinking post spawn funk.  They started turning on or I started to figure them out right before I left last Sunday.  Inside weed edges with tubes.  I prefer green mellon with copper flecks.

I'm heading up in the morning.  Look for a steel blue Stratos with a 200 Etec on the back.  :)

I fished probably 5 times in the week (6-28 to 7-3). Real windy most days. Got quite a few pike. Bass fishing was very slow. Found a few spots showing fish deeper so I used the drop shot. I did a little better. But still slow. Nothing that big.

I was up there 6/28 to 7/1   Didn't fish a lot.  But the fish were in the same area.  Unfortunately that area wasn't all that big and I couldn't get anything going anywhere else.  I didn't put a lot of time in.  Wanted to head to TC but the weather never allowed it.   :(

I was supposed to go to TC also. But with the weather outlook I figured i would save my vacation days.
