Headed to the Grand Rapids area 6/24-6/29 dog sitting for family and now that I have my boat back, I'm thinking about taking it over to do some fishing. Which lakes should I hit? Any of you west side guys have some time off around then to do some fishing? Not thinking a whole day type of deal, just like 8-10 hours tops. I don't know that I'm comfortable on big water by myself yet. Haven't been out on it at all actually. Inland lakes seem easier. What's good in the area?
