(2006 Shiver on the River, Saginaw River Annual Walleye Tournament)

After the opening weekend this is the current leader board.

Shiver on the River standings-Jan. 22, 6pm
1---8.800----Greg Brunett------Saginaw
2---6.560----Corrie Redburn----Chesaning
3---5.265----Frank Rios Jr-------Merrill

UPDATE
Charlie Haren from Kawkawlin has taken the lead with a 10.475# 'eye.

Other notables...

Lonnie Anderson is currently in 15th, Dick Trickle missed the entry deadline. ;D

I had to chuckle when I saw Lonnie Anderson on the list, I guess he's from Flint...that sparked the other...via ESPN!!

You can find this guy making the rounds from ramp to ramp in the Tri-Cities, during the Shiver on the River..he has plans to make round this summer too..

Which makes me wonder why somebody hasn't started a floating-baitstore-snackbar-tackleshop on a tri-toon business and run around during bass tournaments, heck they could run around St. Clair and the St. Clair river, pouring jigheads on the fly as needed to match the current...maybe even have an onboard toilet for $1 a sit!!  WOW, I'm going to apply for my business loan now that I have a business plan..can't get a business loan without a business plan...see you down on the Bell Hump in 20mph winds!!!   WOOHOOO :o

unfortunately no hard water to sit on this year, although i heard one of the 8#'s was caught from the bank, not sure of the validity of that however.  most all were landed between the Court St. bridge in Saginaw and the Zilwaukee Bridge.

Luenberger had a good start but i think it was with a couple 7#, he couldn't find the big ones i guess.
