Title: Yamaha 25M stainless prop. SOLD!!!!
Post by: Mike S. on December 25, 2013, 07:52:50 PM
I have a really nice 25 pitch Yamaha M prop. I bought it as a spare, and to see what my boat would do with it. Not what I wanted. I'm in the market for a new prop and would use my current one as a spare, so I will sell the 25. $200.

I really need to buy another prop. The 27 on my boat is beat up,  but would make a good spare. The 25 didn't do anything for my boat but slow it down.

Don.. The 25M has too small of diameter and too thin of blades for your big block Yamaha.. The blades will crack off in no time. That's why the T1 was designed for our motors.  The 25M is a fast prop for the 150-200 yamaha's ..

I bought it to try on my 225,  thinking I may get some more rpm's,  but I didn't. It hurt my holeshot, and the boat was a slug with it. I put my 27  a k on and even made the joke at the next tournament about having my fast prop back on. If I don't sell it, I will have a spare anyways. Just figured I would offer it up.
