How about those Spartans!!!! What a game. I went to their first game in Grand Rapids at the Van Andel Arena when they played Grand Valley State College. GVSU was up 21 pts. at half time and just choked in the last seconds to loose to MSU. I thought, "Man it's going to be a long season for Izzo. They have come a long, long way this season. Neitzel was a machine and the big Muskegon red head is beginning to play some basketball. He use to be pretty much all heart, but again Izzo is turning him in to a Big Ten center. This has to be one of the best coaching seasons for Izzo. They may yet struggle in the league, but tonight they were #1.
