If you click the 'quote' button to quote another members post, you may be sent to the Quick-Reply box at the bottom of the thread.
If you want to use the full reply box with all the buttons, smileys and options shown, just press the Preview button before you add your response and you will see a preview of the quote.
Down below that preview box, you will now have the full reply box and options to continue creating your reply to the other member's post.
