Title: Couple smallies from this weekend
Post by: Crookedneck on May 27, 2012, 11:00:57 PM
Spent some time on the water when I could get out with out 35mph wind or tsunami force storms.
Got into some decent smallies on the Menoninee River though.  My son and I had a lot of fun.

The water was stained, fishing deep 21-25 feet of water.  14lb floro, Strike King Baby rodent in Green Pumpkin or Summer Craw, texas rigged 1/4 oz black weight, 1/0 hook.

Those are some real dark, deep river rock bass! Love to see the kids fishing pictures. I hope you get some better weather though it looks like you're still doing pretty good!
