Plano announces college contingency programPlano recently announced a contingency program for teams competing on the National Guard FLW College Fishing circuit. The program awards prize packages to teams fishing each of the remaining 2012 qualifiers, regional championships and the upcoming National Guard FLW College Fishing National Championship held on Lake Murray April 13-15.
