Yes, includes everything you need to put it on an OMC....

Yes, I will ship it....I imagine it would be close to 20 bucks to ship..If it is less than that I will throw the change in the box..If it is more I will just eat the difference....

I will take paypal or I can take a check and will ship as soon as check is deposited in my Bank.....
