Title: Tournament Jerseys
Post by: 2k JIGS on January 21, 2011, 12:34:16 PM
Well I am in the market again this year looking for a new tournament jersey and I came upon this web site www.hooked-fishing.com (http://www.hooked-fishing.com) Can you say cheap, $78 for a custom jersey, made in the USA and they have a 2 week turn over. Just thought this could help a lot of guy like my self on a short budget. Does anyone know if or where I could find a cheaper one?

Thanks Dan

I am to lazy to get sponsors this year. Maybe next season.  But I do like the look of the jerseys.  Has anyone actually worn a jersey with no logos?  Maybe just my last name or something.  How about "your sponsor here" logo?  Or "your sponsors suck" logo? :P  Just curious.  I really wouldn't want the usuall logos without actually liking the product. Although I do like the Ranger logo on my rain gear.

If you like the look of sublimate jerseys, animalpaintball.com has some really good looking jerseys even cheaper than $78 if you are buying more than 5, like you're buying for your club. They are based in Texas and have hundreds of designs. Go to their page and click on Angler Jerseys.
My club is new, and if we can raise the money, this is where we're buying from.
Also check out Sharp Athletics and E3 Apparel for sublimate jerseys under $100 bucks.

Fish on !

Thanks for the reply's. I checked out the websites and they all look like they make a great product, but it seems like there is a lot of hidden cost(+$ for XXL, +$ for Long sleeve, +$ diff. collar) Seems like Hooked Fishing has the best price because there is no hidden cost. I am only buying one jersey so I wouldn't get the club deal.

Thanks Dan

$55 out the door for short sleeve regular sizes at shirtsandlogos.com.  i think $70 for long sleeve.  i have gotten a few of my pro staffers jerseys through them and they are awesome.  if you have seen Don LaPorte in his, it from this place.  they are fast, too

If you want additional info, just shoot me a pm

No one can hang with these boys - highest quality for the price hands down.  Some of their new work will be on display at the GR Show....we can all compare quality and price in person at the show - might as well get some non-biased feedback and put some stats along with our opinions....

I think it says Animal Customs. I guess I wouldn't want them printing my advertisement ;D

i've got a rayjus - IMHO the material is pretty thin and my bibs chewed it up pretty good the first time i wore it. Held up all season, might get 1 more out of it, but i wasn't impressed with the quality of material. The printing and setup was top-notch however.

do you guys wear the jersey all day or put on a fresh clean one for the weigh in.  when I fished as a co-angler I remember most pros would fish in a t-shirt all day then put there jersey on before we came in.
