B.A.S.S. just announced its 2011 Elite series field. 101 anglers competing. By my quick count 4 are from Michigan: Ryan Said, KVD, JVD, and my old sixth grade student, Nate Wellman.

Wont be too many states out there that will have as many "home state" boys. Just shows what a great state we live in for learning the fine art of fishing.
