D&R services them I believe. If you ever get over near the Lowell area you can try bringing it to Attwood where all Motorguides are now assembled.............I will be headed over there next week so I'll try to snag you a new one or something.
D & R Sportscenter is MotorGuide certified. If you take it there, it's good you're not in a hurry. They got a real reputation of taking a looooong time to get things done.
If its not under warranty any longer, consider calling around to local dealers. When I had a motorguide, I got so fed up with D & R I went elsewhere despite their certification. I found Starboard Choice Marine in my area. They are not certified, but work on motorguide or any other trolling motor (all TMs are similar). They were much, much quicker. But since they are not certified, they charge for the work even if the warranty is still good.
We can take care of you here at Wonderland. We just hired a new serviceman in May, and he does a great job. He also ran our service tech trailer at the BFL tournaments this year.
