Title: Good Crankin Rod?
Post by: peters_skeeter on November 29, 2010, 11:52:02 AM
In the market for a new crank bait rod and need your guys opinion. From what I have read, the action of a crank bait rod can make or break how many fish you land.  ??? hoping to stay around the $150 mark.
Thankx!

If you want to kill two birds with one stone and support this site while purchasing a crankin rod with the best warranty in the business,(unconditional lifetime) then look into a Grandt 7' All American Crankin Stick in graphite or an E-Glass 7' Medium Crank. Medium Heavy on the E-Glass for deep cranks and swimbaits.  ;D

A deep crankin rod was next on my list and when I heard about basstackledepots 21% off sale and a free powell 804cb when you spend $500 I had to jump on it. I hope that rod is what I am looking for, do any of you guys have one? What do you think of it? If that sale is still going on you might want to check it out if you dont mind restocking tackle early.
