got some kvd's jigs for my b-day back on 9.25. from bps and got the pumpkin and also the bluegill and the sexy shad in the 3/8 size.
not ever fished jigs much for bass but thought i would try it at the neighbor's pond, put a swim senko on as a trailer with most of the front of the body taken off and the turned the tail up . the bass were jumping all over it , caught 9 tonight in 1 hour's time . can't wait to use them on the lake.. only bad thing is the reel i had was a garage sale lefty, not used to these, i lost some fish due to a backwards hook set. need to trade this reel for righty. it's a bps tourney -i think-. but still had a good time. thanks for the tips Dan..karol
