Hey guys,
First off, I just wanted to say "thanks" to everyone for all the well wishes and congratulations. It is greatly appreciated! This whole thing has been unbelievable!
Second, if any of you know of quality companies who could benefit from exposure through the Elite Series, I would greatly appreciate it if you could pass them along to me. I can do all the contacting but if you have names or numbers...anything will help. You can contact me through this forum or through my facebook page if you want to keep it more private.
The Elite Series reaches a lot of people and I think with the right company, we could get a lot of things done next year.
Lastly, I set up a Facebook fan page. Not that I feel like I need fans, but its good for potential business partners (sponsors). So help a brother out...give me some "likes"!

Congrats again - we will all be pulling for you at the Classic and next year on the Elite Tour!!
Way COOL!!!! ;D
Nice job Ryan,
Go and get'em in the classic... while we all Ice fish here on hard water.
I'll be keeping an eye out for you during the big show...
alright whow wants to go down to the classic... road trip maybe...
Congrats Ryan,
I am going to be going down to Marshal the Pickwick Elite Series stop as well as Wheeler. I've been to both of them before as a Marshal. If you are killing time this winter I have the Wheeler trip from 09 and the Pickwick and Guntersville trip day by day with a ton of pictures on my http://teardropbass.com/ webpage. It's archived at the top of my "Daily Blog." I'll for sure look you up down there, and who knows maybe I'll draw you.
PS. I have one good spot that we caught a bunch (by a bunch I'd say 30, and we hit it early and late and fish were still there gobbling up shad. Knocked the paint off our silver rattletraps.) of fish down at the Harris Chain, on Lake Griffin. It was just off the tip of the first point you come to straight out of the ramp at the south end of Griffin. I have pictures of it in the Florida National Championship archived blog at the top of my Daily Blog page.
Make sure you don't go swimming down there. I saw some of the biggest gators I've ever seen on the Harris Chain, especially on Lake Harris.
Ryan - Congrats to you my man, UAW, MOPAR or any local car club want to sponor you ? - We are going to have to meet at the Tech node in the morning, and Ill buy you a cup of coffee. Im over in W4003.
Mike
I caught up with Ryan for a few minutes after the Big Ten bass fishing championship and we spoke for a few minutes about making the 2011 Bassmaster Classic in his first attempt, plans for fishing the Elite Series, sponsors and fishing the Louisiana Delta. I apologize for the bad wind noise, but we had gale force winds that weekend and were outside in a public place.
Congratulations again Ryan and thanks for being a GreatLakesBass.com member. Good luck in your practice and search for opportunities with the Elite Series!
We'll be checking in more with Ryan as he prepares for and pursues these great opportunities!
Great video Dan. Congrats Ryan. Its an awesome thing you've done. I'm sure you will make Michigan proud. We'll all be following every step. We're always here for you.
This is an exceptional accomplishment and I wish Ryan the best of luck in the classic. I hope a sponsor steps up to make the Elite Series events a reality. The professional business side of fishing can be tough especially in this economic climate. Great job Ryan, we will be pulling for you.
dan isnt it the louisiana delta and not the red river?

That's what happens when you're finally getting done in the middle of the night and think you are still awake ;D I guess I have Red River on my mind even - keep wondering why they keep going back there so much now?
The 2011 Bassmaster Classic will return to New Orleans. Bayou Segnette will once again serve as the launch site. The New Orleans Arena will host ESPN's national broadcast of the weigh in ceremonies. The Outdoors Expo will be held at the Louisiana Superdome. All events will be free to the public.
Nice article on Bassmaster.com about Ryan Said - 20 Questions style:
