ten boats last night. weights were way down. very tough bite. i only had 4 bites all night, all coming in the last 30 minutes. managed to break 2 of them off, lost another on the jump, and the last one just came off on the way back to the boat. all 4 were 7 lb smallmouth.
1st place Charles Shaw/Mike Mortenson 7 lbs 8.4 oz $220

3rd place Grant Shively/Justin Hajduk 7 lbs 2.7 oz
4th place Terry Bone/ Jorji 6 lbs 9.5 oz

6 place Larry and Aaron 4 lbs 15.3 oz
4 teams did not weigh

tough night. they just sprayed AGAIN!!! something must be done or they are going to kill the best inland lake in MI.

It was hard to find some good green weed beds. When I did there were a few fish in them but nearly everything was brown and nasty.
Now I don't feel so bad. With everybody talking about how hot Kent is, and me skunking out on Tuesday, I was a little depressed.
