last Sunday 7/11 first fish in the boat at 6:10am i caught fish all day, i've had better days and worse days on whitmore. i thought with the high skys and no clouds in sight that it would be a tough day, but the fish came around, or should i say i found out how to make them bite. no top water bite at all, but the stickbaits came thru as did crankbaits and pitching black and blue beavers into the weedbeds the drop shot worked only with gulp minnows. the bite was very light to say the least even the pike just swam with the bait. i had 5 keepers then left the lake at 12:30ish the boat traffic wasn't bad i just had to get home as my sister was comming in from Jersey.
