Headed out there Sun and have never been there. I'll only be there for a few hours and would like to make the best of it. Any info would be great.
Thanks
Shayne
stoney creek is generally a tough lake,, you probably won't get many bites, but the ones you do will probably be over 3lbs. you won't hardly catch any dinks either,,, it is just a big fish lake. don't be surprised to catch one over 5lbs. it is a little early for stoney creek to be pretty good, i think, just start shallow and work your way deeper, and i recommend a white sinko, the water is usually stained there, and the fish can see that bait well, and has worked in the past. good luck, derrek
Actually there's only one fish that lives in that lake. I catch him every year. And he never seems to grow. Funny huh? Must get lonely in that lake for him. Maybe this year I'll learn his name.
