Title: how to flip and pitch a jig ?
Post by: mikekw3 on June 06, 2010, 10:15:10 AM
I have perfected the accuracy part of it but I have trouble keeping the jig where I casted it; it just seems to pengilum back toward the boat everytime. Any suggestions?

mike u need to get in the habit of flipping it in there and immediately peeling off 1-2 feet of line, click your reel close, raise your rod so the line is semi tight, then follow the jig down with your rod on a semi tight line, watching the line the whole time.......remember both the style of jig and the trailer can either make the jig fall vertical or help out making the jig glid,so whatever action your after the jig and plastic can help get it ;D
