Title: Wolf River Smallies
Post by: Diamond_Jo on May 18, 2010, 08:32:51 PM
Has anyone fished for smallies on the Wolf River over my Oshkosh? Do they exist in the river system or are they found mainly in the lake?

yes there are both plenty of smallies in the lake and the river.  I'd say they'll be easier for you to find in the river but that is a great largie lake/river as well.

I have not fished it personally, but at least one of our members lives and fishes over there for smallies in the river. His company he is involved in is a sponsor of this site - Lee's Global Tackle (http://www.leesglobaltackle.com) from over in that area.
