Well, after years of faithful service, my 28" Judge measuring board has come up missing. Eaten by a cougar? Perhaps. Left on deck and slid overboard? More likely.
I really like The Judge. Very solid board, and my Wed. night club uses one for official measurements. Anyone know where I can get a 28" Judge??
Mike
I have seen them at Gander Mtn...I bought my father in law one there last year....
They are nice boards...I need to find an excuse to buy myself one....
i have one that got run over by a car you can have ;D
i think the judge was a gander mt. brand board at one point.... could be wrong.
That could be the board that was different than the Golden. ALOT different. If you go to Gander on 28th. Put the two boards side by side! Maybe bring a tape measure to check them out! :'(
I bought mine at Gander years ago... they no longer have them.
I checked mine with a caliper... dead on.
I tried to call the manufacturer... every number listed for them is out of service. Dang. I may have to take a step down and get the Golden Rule. :D
And we better see if we can check your new one against the club's board - not that we'll have any 'bumpers' to weigh in all season, ;D but better safe than sorry!
After numerous google searches and phone calls I found a shop in Wisconsin that has several 33" ones. Too long... I'd have to cut about a foot off to make it stowable in my boat.
I found one in a bait store in Minn. Being shipped to my door!
