What's the latest on the boat ramp situation there? Haven't been there in a very loooonnngg time. Only place I ever saw a boat launched by a horse-drawn trailer.

well, we had our beachy grandpa tourney there yesterday and my oldest brother who hasn't caught a fish in over 30 years was with my other brother and he caught the winning bass division with a 4.25 lb and 19" lg.caught it on a creature bait insted of a wacky worm like most of the bass that day. i nailed a warmouth on pink wacky and also a canadian mist tube, thought i had a nice bas-ha ha. lots of gills caught that day with 5 25 fish limits.
the boat lauch is a joke with the "ramps " on either side of the bridge. lots of places beside the road to park, if you don't mind walking. with free fishing weekend it was like wawasee on saturdays. crazy, and of course non boaters parking there cars right where  you had to back up for the ramp. but at least we didn't get rained on so it was still a good day
