Title: Marine parts around grand rapids
Post by: LipRip on April 22, 2010, 05:19:09 PM
I'm looking for a place to buy some gaskets for my mariner outboard. I've tryed a few places around the big rapids area and no one has them in stock (i want them so i can go out sat!) Does anyone know of a place in the GR , cadillac, or even ludinton area that might have them in stock?

Need more info.  What model, year, HP, specific part, etc.

As I mentioned before... Vans will have them in stock.

I can order them for you if you fail to find them anywhere.  Probably a week or so to get them.

Vans on Alpine should have them. They charge a ton of $ for everything but they usually have what you need.

I agree with Van's, they have one of everything.  It always amazes me what the have in stock.  You should also call D & R in Kalamazoo, they might be able to ship you what you need.

There are 2 places in Muskegon that I get parts for both of my boats from.  Larry at Wildwood Marine is very good.  It amazes me what he has for my boats.  He's kinda hard to get ahold of, but his # is 231-744-5435.  The other is Sportfisherman's Service Center, which is right next to Fisherman's Landing.  Not near a phone book right now, so I couldn't tell you the number.  If you call them, ask to talk to Mike.  Make sure you don't call the Lund dealer next door to them.  Good luck.
