Has anyone changed out their seal in the lower unit where the prop is?  I am in the dark here.  I just purchased the boat this past summer so this is all new to me.  A friend seen the lower unit fluid drain last fall and said I had a water leak in the seal in the Prop/lower unit area.  He told me to take off the prop and possibly remove fishing line that might have gotten tangled and loosened the seal.  Is it pretty easy to do?
